Cười để hiểu, cười để vui,
Cười sưởi ấm tình người,
Cười tạo thành an lạc,
Cười giải tỏa phiền ưu,
Cười Cốt Giác Người Tu.

Cười âm thầm tiến hóa,
Cười con cá cũng vui,
Cười rưới tươi mọi giới,
Cười tiến tới nơi nơi,
Cươi không rời thanh nhẹ,
Cười sức khỏe nội tâm,
Cười tâm thân đều tốt,
Cười chơn lý cao sâu,
Cười phá tan uất khí,
Cười thanh điển phát quang,
Cười giữ phận làm người,
Cười giải phá trần tâm.

Cười để hiểu, cười để vui,
Cười sưởi ấm tình người,
Cười tạo thành an lạc,
Cười giải tỏa phiền ưu,
Cười Cốt Giác Người Tu.

Cười rèn trui thực chất,
Cười không mất tiền xu,
Cười an vui muôn thuở,
Cười thanh điển phát quang,
Cười muôn đàng rất hợp,
Cười chẳng ngộp mệt tim,
Cười tâm than điều tốt,
Cười cốt giác người tu,
Cười diệu thâm tiến hóa,
Cười giải phá trần tâm,
Cười không mưu tìm lợi,
Cười giải hết trần tâm.

Cười mê lần biến mất,
Cười thâm thẫn trời cao,
Cười đón rào không có,
Cười trong trắng về không,
Cười thong dong tự tại,
Cười nhớ mãi không quên.

Cười ngoài trong hiệp nhất,
Cười sẽ mến Trời cao,
Cười căn nền hay nhứt,
Cười chẳng mếu chẳng lo,
Cười không mưu không lợi,
Cười vạn vật trống không.

Rire pour réchauffer le cœur des hommes,

Rire pour amener paix et prospérité,
Rire pour éliminer complications et ennuis,
Rire provient de la quintessence native du pratiquant spirituel.

Rire pour évoluer en silence,                        
Rire pour la joie même du poisson,
Rire pour irriguer tous les espaces,              
Rire pour avancer partout,
Rire pour demeurer dans la pureté et la légèreté,    
Rire c’est la santé de son for intérieur,

Rire pour la santé du corps et l’esprit,                     
Rire pour aller en profondeur dans la vérité,
Rire pour évacuer les énergies refoulées,                 
Rire pour faire jaillir la lumière sacrée,
Rire pour préserver la condition humaine,

Laughing for the joy even of fish,
Laughing to irrigate all spaces,                               
Laughing to advance everywhere,
Laughing to remain in the purity and lightness,      
Laughing is the health of one’s inner heart of hearts.

Laughing to get health for the body and the spirit,        
Laughing to go in-depth in the truth,
Laughing to evacuate repressed energies,                    
Laughing to spout out the crowned light,
Laughing to preserve the human condition,                  
Laughing to release oneself from the profane heart
